An article in The Washington Post claims that starting Elementary school at age 7 offers key benefits according to studies. Researchers wrote "that a one-year delay in starting school dramatically reduces inattention/hyperactivity at age 7 and that those results persist at least through age 11".

in addition, the same article mentions that "when children" have educational experiences that are not adapted to their developmental level or are not in tune with their learning needs, it can cause great harm, including feelings of inadequacy, anxiety and confusion."

Hence the importance of taking Pre First because this year allows children to mature different aspects, not only of their academic life, but of their personal development to reach Elementary school with an adequate level of development.
